Dry Throat In Room With Air Conditioning Air Conditioning/Dry Mouth?

Air Conditioning/Dry Mouth? - dry throat in room with air conditioning

Hello! Every morning lately, I've woken up with a very dry mouth. I mean, very, neck and all. Do not understand why this would happen, except perhaps the air conditioner to remove moisture from the room? If you an idea about this?

Air absorbs moisture. Try a humidifier for his small room at night.

Could a combination of dehydration, the summer heat and air conditioning. You can get a humidifier for your bedroom, to replace lost moisture in the air conditioning.

Some things that would try to limit the AC and humidification of the room. Put a wide-mouth container of water beside his bed. If all else fails, you can try a humidifier. Limiting exposure to AC is the answer for me. Consider prevent the use of mineral salts in order to continue to dry mouth - http://www.nuvorainc.com/salese.html
