Bareback Bareback....?

Bareback....? - bareback

How do you like a balanced bareback? "I tried to have fun just walking around in my car a horse bareback." I could not stay on the road, but when I asked a little jog, I felt that I went to slide. Can you give me some tips and exercises to be with my horse practice. And perhaps it would be if you can find some good videos hair constituency that's great!

Thank you!

It is certainly a thoroughbred, it is very high withers.

Highcross are so unhappy with ride without a saddle! I am here just for you! As the technology on the hair, the basic position, that is a semi-true: the shoulders over the hips over heels. If you have trouble with keeping the horse, you may have stiff and nervous. the balance on a horse is actually quite relaxed in her body to monitor the movement of horses. If you try to actually "On" will respond firmly and rigidly hold, rather than to continue smoothly. Of course you can always get alittle hair to help with the feeling. Good luck!

for a pure blood .. Sometimes the spine (like you said, high withers) .. So you can buy a pound of hair, more comfortable ride for you.

More ... maintain balance, try to ride without stirrups .. Western or hunt seat (or seat of the saddle). and try to jog / run (each time you travel on the seat)

and then, once you have the knack to go the hair!

and if you want to try this ... be, as I ... The first time was filmed, was a hair ... I've learned to sit the trot and try to slow or later the horse without a saddle

Hope this helps. Here are some videos from YouTube ...

For me, I find a comfortable sitting position () with good muscle and a horse that has learned to be in the whole body (and you get your abdominal muscles with a back end having more), a brand to really travel more comfortable. At my advanced TB with a platform wither saddle with a gel pad to get it attached.

Some horses have a rough trot is hard. The trick is to relax the hair. You need to be relaxed dangling his legs, and you must move with the horse.

From the horse's back.

If you try to resort to stiffen and make - even worse. I've heard that bears his pants or braking suede helps his place. Whatever you do - not aerosol layer in the light zone to feel - what it is slippery.

My mother took me and my friends b4 saddle riding bareback for balance. u should be simple exercises like leg lifts in the night practice to strengthen the psoas. then launch into a riding school only come on foot - a dryer. Thigh their superior adhesion, if necessary, but keep the legs relaxed. Try not to rest, sitting upright and focused. accustomed to the practice of switching off his horse and the feeling. Not be rigidly moves with the horse. and cling to a lock of his mane of horses in case. Practice a couple of days just walking and then try to jog. Hair pads help, but what that really work for u. But, practice, practice, practice.
good luck have fun!

Bareback at a trot or gallop requires great skill and competence. Fitness and strength exercises can greatly help.
